“ OFFERING THERAPY IN FILIPINO”

Hi, I’m Joy. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and cross-cultural issues. Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, experiencing ambiguous loss, or feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, know that you don’t have to carry it alone. Healing is possible, and reaching out for support is an act of strength.

If you are a first responder processing difficult experiences, or someone managing symptoms like PTSD, panic attacks, OCD, or phobias—or dealing with addiction, chronic stress, or unresolved grief—I’m here to help. Together, we will create a safe, open, and collaborative space where your healing can begin.

I am a warm and empathetic Registered Social Worker with over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I integrate evidence-based and promising interventions such as DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure Therapy, tailoring each approach to your unique needs and goals.

Having grown up in a culture where mental health was often stigmatized, I understand how hard it can be to speak up about emotional pain. While we cannot change the past, we can shape a different future—one marked by connection, resilience, and renewed purpose. I would be honoured to walk beside you on your healing journey toward a more fulfilling and peaceful life.

“Positive mental health is not the absence of mental illness but the ability to cope”
